• Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone)

​¹⁶ All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, ¹⁷ that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

¹⁸ I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, ¹⁹ and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. Revelation 22:18-19

⁶ I have applied all these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, brothers, that you may learn by us not to go beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up in favor of one against another. 1 Corinthians 4:6

• Sola Fide (Faith alone)

⁵ And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness, ⁶ just as David also speaks of the blessing of the one to whom God counts righteousness apart from works: ⁷ “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven,
and whose sins are covered; ⁸ blessed is the man against whom the Lord will not count his sin.” Romans 4:5-8

⁹ As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed. Galatians 1:9

• Sola Gratia (Grace alone)

⁸ For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, ⁹ not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9

¹⁶ So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy. Romans 9:16

⁵ he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, Titus 3:5

• Soli Deo Gloria (God’s glory alone)

³¹ So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31

⁸ I am the LORD; that is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to carved idols. Isaiah 42:8

³⁶ For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen. Romans 11:36

• Solus Christus (Christ alone)

⁵ For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5

¹² And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
